We believe that Corporate Training should be held to the same level of standards as the Space Program.

The Rocket Science Administration’s mission is to certify corporate training and development materials, including but not limited to;

Our goal is to ensure all of these training materials meet the highest levels of quality.

The idea is that the level of quality and innovation that goes into the development and delivery of corporate training should meet the same rigorous standards as the Space Program. 

Only the best and brightest minds were able to put a man on the moon. It is that level of caliber we are seeking for authors and instructors who teach corporate training.

To receive the Rocket Science Administration (RSA) seal of approval, an instructor's material must pass a detailed review by the Administration panel in the following areas;

Uniqueness
Applicability to current business environment
Impact potential to business
Delivery effectiveness
Superior Quality

Plus several other key areas that filter out the majority of the training programs. Let’s face it; most corporate training is dull, bland and fails at transferring knowledge. Few succeed in actually changing the way a company does business. 

This has to change. Corporate training needs to be taken to the next level.

Any training that receives the Rocket Science Administration’s seal of approval is evidence that it has surpassed the most stringent quality requirements.
